Tomato Sev is a savory and crunchy Indian snack made from gram flour (besan) and ripe tomatoes, specially crafted to be entirely Jain-friendly by excluding onions and garlic. This snack blends the rich, tangy flavor of tomatoes with traditional Indian spices to create a unique and flavorful treat.
